On 24 July, Birmingham Railway Museum Trust (BRMT) organised the official launch of the project to build a Stratford Railway Tourist Centre. Acquisition of the land was the culmination of six years of complex negotiations with Stratford District Council and Rail Property Ltd by Richard Thorne & Richard Abbey.

Invited guests were taken in Pullman dining style on the Shakespeare Express - a regular summer Sunday's steam train service from Stratford-upon-Avon to the recently renovated Birmingham Moor Street Station close to the Bullring. The Totem Experience was invited by the Trustees to put on a display of Shakespeare Line totems to add interest for the guests.

This page shows some photographs of the Totem Experience involvement in the event.
